Just four years ago, NJ’s state-funded, full-day pre-k was available in only 35 communities. Since then, there’s been much progress! Pre-k expansion funding accelerated in every budget of the Murphy Administration because the Governor – and the Legislature – made pre-k expansion a high priority. There are more than 150 school districts – across every county – with state-funded, full-day pre-k. However, many more still wait.
