In the News: 2017

Pre-K Our Way’s efforts in 2017 include the Campaign for Pre-K Expansion – a statewide advertising campaign to raise awareness of the importance of expanding high-quality pre-k for 50,000 kids – and in hundreds of communities. Pre-K Our Way believes that NJ lawmakers can honor a promise made to NJ families almost a decade ago: to fund high-quality pre-k for more 3- and 4-year-old children.

The year began with the New Jersey State Chamber’s announcement of support for pre-k expansion, and a report from NIEER stating, “Money flows from commitment. We send money on the things we care most about. High-quality preschool is the first step.” Pre-K Our Way began its 2017 statewide advertising campaign across hundreds of communities, and calls for NJ lawmakers to honor a promise made to families almost a decade ago: to fund high-quality pre-k for more 3- and 4-year-old children.
